Hosting & Service Terms

Hosting Service

Our hosting service is provided via an agreement with LiquidNet, Limited. We are resellers of LiquidNet, Limited’s hosting service and they provide all server support through their online ticketing system. Any issues with your hosting account should be directed to their online ticketing system.

Website Service

We install and customize WordPress blog sites on customer owned or rented web spaces, under the customer’s domain name or sub-domain. WordPress provides their own support for critical WordPress updates and issues with the way the program works. We provide installation, customization and tutorial service for this platform only. We do not provide “paid versions”, “pro versions”, or “premium versions” of any WordPress upgrade, add-on or theme unless it is specifically negotiated by you (the customer) and us (the service provider) ahead of time.

Support Sessions

Support sessions are pre-paid time blocks of 30 minutes each where Kristen will be available to help you through tutorials or walkthroughs of your Hostia control panel (if your hosting service was purchased through us only) or your WordPress installation (if your WordPress site was installed and customized by us only). You will be responsible for rescheduling your support session if you are unavailable at the time you have previously agreed upon. Continuing your session beyond your allotted 30-minute slot will only be allowed if you were late to attend (to provide you with your full 30-minute session) and if it does not interfere with another customer’s scheduled time. If you need further assistance beyond your pre-paid session, you will be required to purchase additional sessions as needed, before continuance will be allowed.


Payments processed directly through this website utilize PayPal as our payment processor. PayPal handles all transaction data, money transfers and settles customer disputes that you do not feel have been fully settled.

Payments to doTERRA are processed by and through doTERRA. Direct all inquiries or complaints to their customer support.

Payments for web hosting are processed through PayPal and Kristen then handles disbursement to various merchants that she utilizes for hosting, domain, and other services. Any disputes to payment authenticity will also include those additional merchants and their processing time, so please allow Kristen appropriate time to interact with her providers to negotiate on your behalf.


Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will NOT be issued for the following services: Domain name registration/renewal, support service time blocks after they are used, and hosting service after the 30-day guarantee is passed. Website services refunds will be issued purely on a case-by-case basis if requested after the website service has been completed, at the final discretion of Kristen.


Some services offered on this site are resold services that we provide as bundled solutions to your web needs. For these services, Kristen will negotiate with her providers on your behalf when appropriate (such as for refunds). When possible, we direct customers to seek support directly from these providers (such as for server issues or domain problems).

Server Locations

By default, our data is stored on servers in a secured data facility in Chicago, Illinois, USA. Our data center is a secured facility with climate controlled, managed server housing, diesel power backups and multiple T-1 connected lines. Redundant server backups are maintained, though customers are encouraged to maintain their own site backups as well.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.


Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Your contact information

Your contact information is not stored in our systems unless you create a saved profile during checkout on our site. In this case, it is stored securely in our database behind our firewall. You would be notified immediately if there was a breach of our database.
